Lead Project/Service Coordinator

What This Role Is About:

We are looking for a Service Coordinator – Team Leader who will coordinate and manage projects and initiatives from planning through successful completion. This role will work closely with the development team and third-party vendors to ensure project requirements, deliverables, and business goals are met.

Your Main Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and manage projects and initiatives through successful completion.
• Lead and provide guidance to team members to ensure project goals are achieved.
• Communicate project requirements and needs to the development team.
• Monitor project timelines, deliverables, and overall progress.
• Coordinate regularly with third-party vendors to resolve issues and improve business results.
• Provide project updates and communicate issues or recommendations to stakeholders.
• Manage multiple priorities while ensuring deliverables are completed accurately and on time.

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in service coordination, project coordination, project management, or team leadership.
• Previous Team Leader or people management experience is preferred.
• Experience in multifamily/residential property management and/or energy/utilities companies is a major plus.
• Strong communication, organizational, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, vendors, and priorities.
• Must be residing in the Philippines.
