Lead Property Engineer - Work Plus Mimosa (Licensed Electrical)

May require shifting schedules depending on project requirements

JOB SUMMARY:

• Assist the Property Manager in managing the day-to-day operations of the building and facilities and ensuring all equipment and systems are in good working condition.
• Implement and monitor preventive and corrective maintenance programs, including the 52-week preventive maintenance schedule.
• Supervise and evaluate multi-skilled technicians and third-party contractors to ensure timely and effective maintenance and repair activities.
• Conduct regular inspections and monitor building equipment, MEP systems, fire protection systems, and facility conditions to ensure reliable and safe operations.
• Oversee engineering and technical works, including tenant fit-outs, renovations, testing and commissioning, and review of technical plans and contractor proposals.
• Assist in ensuring compliance with safety programs, statutory requirements, permits, licenses, and environmental regulations.
• Monitor building utilities and implement energy conservation and cost-saving measures to maintain efficient operations.
• Maintain accurate equipment records, maintenance reports, technical documents, and compliance records.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
• Licensed Engineer is preferred.
• With at least 3 years of experience in property management, building operations, facilities management, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of building MEP systems, preventive/corrective maintenance, and building equipment.
• Experience in supervising multi-skilled technicians, service providers, and third-party contractors.
• Knowledge of electrical, mechanical, HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection systems is an advantage.
• Experience in tenant fit-out, renovation, testing and commissioning, and technical plan review is an advantage.
• Familiarity with fire protection systems, FDAS, fire alarm control panels, fire pumps, and jockey pumps.
• Knowledge of government permits, statutory requirements, and environmental compliance is an advantage.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, communication, coordination, and reporting skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and technical/maintenance documentation.
• Willing to work Monday–Saturday and shifting schedules depending on project requirements.
• Willing to be assigned to a project site.
