The role owns end-to-end quality across CRM, Product Catalogue, Order Management, Revenue Management, and system integrations, ensuring customer-facing journeys are validated before every production release.
Responsibilities:
Own the end-to-end Quality Engineering strategy for the CBG CRM/OM platform, ensuring quality is embedded throughout the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).

Lead quality assurance across CRM/OM capabilities including Customer Management, Product Catalogue, Product Configuration, Product Eligibility, Customer Lifecycle, Order Management, Service Activation and Revenue Assurance.
Ensure integration reliability by validating data integrity, event sequencing, retry mechanisms, exception handling, recovery processes, and end-to-end business transaction consistency.
Lead the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of test automation frameworks covering UI, API, integration, and regression testing, integrating automated quality gates into CI/CD pipelines.
Perform risk-based testing, release readiness assessments, and establish quality gates, including entry and exit criteria, to ensure production-ready releases.
Review business requirements, functional specifications, acceptance criteria, and solution designs to ensure completeness, testability, and end-to-end traceability from requirements through test execution and defect management.
Govern release quality by reviewing test evidence, coordinating production verification testing, and providing Go/No-Go recommendations for production deployments.
Establish and maintain QA governance, including testing standards, automation standards, test data management, environment readiness, quality dashboards, metrics, and reporting to drive continuous improvement.
Manage and mentor internal and vendor QA teams by reviewing test deliverables, monitoring execution quality, tracking KPIs, conducting quality audits, and driving accountability against defined quality objectives.
Collaborate closely with Product Owners, Engineering, DevOps, Architects, Business stakeholders, and Operations teams to deliver reliable, high-quality CRM/OM solutions and seamless customer experiences.
