What they need
B.E (Mechl) with 5-8 years experience in the similar field.
Lead QC
Ensure compliance with API 653, API 650, approved drawings, procedures and project specifications.
preparation of ITP, WPS/PQR, welding procedures and inspection requirements.
Coordinate VT, PT, MT, UT, RT and other required NDT activities.
Monitor welding, fit-up, dimensional, structural and coating inspections.
Review material certificates and ensure material traceability.
Identify, control and close NCRs and quality issues with the site team.
Review and compile final QA/QC dossier, inspection reports and test records.
Coordinate with Client/Inspector for hold and witness points.
