We're searching for an experienced and lead teacher qualified early childhood educator, who has a passion for working with 2-4year olds, and is seeking full-time (40hrs p/w) work. The successful candidate is nurturing, professional, and motivated to incorporate engaging learning activities throughout the day. Equally, they are driven to want to contribute and collaborate with their program's care teaching team, for the betterment of each other and the children in their care. Naturally, having flexibility, the confidence to suggest and implement new ideas, and the the ability to work autonomously are also ideal attributes.

Our early education and care approach is definitely more geared towards child-directed, developmentally appropriate, and socio-emotional practices, that honor and encompass a myriad of unique attributes, abilities, and temperaments.

Qualifications:

• Must have sound knowledge of (and adhere to) Licensing and Health Dept. regulations
• A minimum Level 2 Colorado Shines ECT certification and 2-3years experience in a childcare setting
• EQIT or Pyramid Plus certification an advantage
• Eager to pursue further education coursework/trainings in the early childhood sector
• A solid work ethic and ambition for career advancement within the center and/or the field is highly desirable
