Lead Qualifier

Role & responsibilities

• Answer all inbound calls promptly with a target of 0 missed call ratio
• Ensure immediate callback for any unattended call (if applicable)
• Qualify incoming leads based on predefined criteria
• Understand customer requirements and capture accurate details in CRM
• Maintain high call volume and productivity standards
• Provide a positive first impression of the company
• Required Experience,Skills & Competencies:
• 0-1 Years of Experience
• Good verbal communication skills
• Fluency in Hindi and English (Mandatory)
• Strong listening and questioning skills
• Ability to build rapport quickly over phone
• Energetic, confident, and persuasive personality
• Loves talking to people
• Target-driven and self-motivated
