Lead Registered Dental Assistant (RDA)

Position: Registered Dental Assistant

Job Responsibilities:

• Greet and prepare patients for exams, ensuring precise digital charting and code verification.
• Capture high-quality X-ray images.
• Assist the dentist with various treatment procedures.
• Set up and sterilize exam and treatment rooms.
• Discuss treatment options, their importance, and recommended follow-up care.
• Perform teeth polishing and sealant placement (requires valid certifications).
• Assist with scheduling patient appointments as needed.
• Maintain strict sterilization protocols and cross-contamination standards.
• Foster a positive and uplifting environment by engaging with patients before, during, and after their visits.
• Guide patients and parents through post-care instructions.
• Assist with patient dismissal and distribution of company-provided prizes.
• Adhere strictly to HIPAA guidelines.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Basic Qualifications:

• Texas Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) license.
• Atleast 1 -2 years of experience
• Sealant placement, nitrous monitoring, and coronal polishing certifications are preferred; the company provides training for candidates with 2+ years of experience.
• Digital X-ray experience is required.
• Digital charting experience is a plus.

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
