Lead Remodeling Technician

About the Role:
We’re looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Lead Remodeling Technician to join our residential services team. This role focuses on home remodeling and renovation projects - from kitchens and bathrooms to full interior updates. You’ll work both independently and alongside other trades (plumbing, electrical, HVAC) to deliver high-quality craftsmanship that transforms our customers’ homes.

Lead Remodeling Technician Key Responsibilities:

• Perform all phases of residential remodeling, including demolition, framing, drywall, trim, cabinetry, doors, and finish work.
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work orders to plan and execute remodeling projects accurately.
• Collaborate with designers, project managers, and other trades to ensure project timelines and quality standards are met.
• Install or modify structures, fixtures, and finishes such as flooring, walls, ceilings, windows, and millwork.
• Conduct site preparation and cleanup to maintain a safe and organized work environment.
• Troubleshoot and adapt to existing home conditions, ensuring seamless integration of new construction with existing structures.
• Communicate professionally with homeowners, providing updates and ensuring satisfaction throughout the project.
• Assist with material take-offs, measurements, and job costing as needed.

Lead Remodeling Technician Qualifications:

• 3–5 years of residential carpentry experience, with a focus on remodeling or renovations.
• Strong understanding of framing, drywall, trim, cabinetry, and finish carpentry.
• Ability to read blueprints and follow detailed project specifications.
• Experience working in occupied homes with attention to cleanliness and respect for clients’ property.
• Knowledge of building codes, materials, and safety practices.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical work safely.
