Your Mission

Help build our store into KL's most fun candy destination. You'll be responsible for running the store day-to-day while continuously finding ways to make it more exciting, engaging and successful.

Responsibilities

·        Oversee the overall operations and performance of the assigned retail store.

·        Lead and develop frontline staff to achieve business goals.

·        Drive sales growth, profitability and operational excellence.

·        Ensure high standards of customer service, merchandising and store presentation.

·        Manage inventory, stock control, shrinkage and loss prevention.

·        Analyze sales reports, operational KPIs and implement improvement plans.

·        Plan staff scheduling and succession development.

·        Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs and regulatory requirements.

·        Collaborate with headquarters and cross-functional teams to execute company initiatives.

·        Fulfil online and quick-commerce orders.
