- Drive Current Account acquisition through the branch and open-market channels.
- Manage and develop relationships with SME, MSME, traders, and business customers.
- Generate new business through references, connectors, DSAs, and local market activities.
- Achieve monthly CA/CASA acquisition and business targets.
- Manage existing customer relationships and drive cross-sell of banking products.
- Coordinate with branch teams, RM teams, and operations for smooth account opening and servicing.
- Ensure compliance with KYC and bank policies.
- Develop the branch's local market and customer base.
