Lead Sales Associate

We’re looking for a SHARP, ENERGETIC, customer-focused Budtender who knows how to bring the right mix of knowledge, hustle, and personality to the floor.

You must have keen senses and the ability to respond to high pressure situations in an effective manner to be considered for this position.

Yes you must have a little grit.

This is not a sit-back-and-watch-the-day-go-by kind of job. We want someone with a commanding presence who can connect with people, move product, educate customers, stay compliant, and keep the energy in the store strong. What You’ll Do

Welcome customers and create an experience that feels friendly, smooth, and on point

Help customers find the right products based on what they want—whether that’s relaxation, sleep, relief, focus, or just a great vibe

Educate customers on flower, pre-rolls, vapes, edibles, concentrates, tinctures, topicals, and accessories

Explain potency, effects, terpenes, strains, and product formats in a way that makes sense

Make smart recommendations and help customers feel comfortable, whether they’re brand new or already know exactly what they want

Process transactions accurately and follow all compliance procedures with zero shortcuts

Check IDs, follow state regulations, and protect the integrity of every sale

Keep the sales floor stocked, clean, organized, and looking good

Stay up to speed on product drops, promotions, and what’s moving

Work as part of a team that values speed, professionalism, accountability, and strong customer service

You’re a team player who’s willing to jump in, help out, and keep things moving

What We’re Looking For

Retail, hospitality, customer service, or sales experience preferred

Cannabis or dispensary experience strongly preferred

Strong communication skills and the ability to read the room

Comfortable with a fast-paced environment and high customer interaction

Leadership qualities and the desire to grow into future management responsibilities

Able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

5% Commission + Tips + Base Pay $8/hr

Pay: $8.00 - $18.00 per hour
