What You’ll Do

• As Leader on Duty, guiding associates with direction from the leadership team.
• Motivate and coach team members to reach and exceed sales goals
• Engage with guests, style outfits, and deliver a personalized shopping experience
• Assist with merchandising, floor sets, and creative brand initiatives
• Support store operations: opening/closing procedures, inventory, and backroom management
• Promote brand events and build community connections
• Lead by example. Keeping the store upbeat, organized, and guest ready

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year retail leadership experience (Key Holder, Supervisor, ASM, or similar)
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs, stand for extended periods, and perform tasks like climbing ladders, reaching, and squatting
• Flexibility to travel for training or new store setups when needed

Current Store Locations: Alabama, New York, Kansas, Wisconsin, Kentucky, Tennessee, & Texas with even more coming in 2027!

Pay: $16.00 - $19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25.0 – 30.0 per week
