Lead Sales & Membership Associate (Future Assistant Manager)

**Be part of launching a brand-new KidsUnited location in Appleton.**We’re hiring a high-energy sales associate to turn local interest into trial classes and memberships.

KidsUnited helps kids ages 2–9 build confidence, coordination, and life skills through soccer. This is a fast-paced, people-first role with a clear path to Assistant Manager within 6–12 months.

What You’ll Do

• Respond quickly to new leads and schedule free trial classes
• Follow up consistently with families via calls, texts, and CRM
• Build relationships with families and confidently guide them from trial class to membership
• Own the front-of-house experience: greet families, manage schedules and billing, and deliver standout customer service
• Support weekend events and community outreach

Schedule & Pay

• 20-35 hours/week (evenings + one weekend day required)
• Career path: Opportunity to advance to Assistant Manager with increased responsibility and pay within 6–12 months

Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour
