The Care Laundry (TCL) is seeking a driven and results-oriented Lead Sales Generation professional to join our Jakarta team. This role will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating qualified leads, building relationships with prospective customers, and supporting revenue growth through effective sales activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute lead generation strategies to identify potential customers and business opportunities.
• Proactively source new leads through online platforms, social media, networking, referrals, cold outreach, and other relevant channels.
• Identify and target potential customers who may require laundry services.
• Conduct initial outreach and introduce TCL's services to prospective customers.
• Qualify leads based on customer needs, requirements, and business potential.
• Maintain and regularly update the sales lead database and pipeline.
• Follow up with prospective customers through calls, WhatsApp, email, and other communication channels.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing customers.
• Coordinate with the Operations and Customer Service teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding and service delivery.
• Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and recurring business.
• Track lead conversion, sales activities, and pipeline performance.
• Prepare regular sales and lead-generation reports for management.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and potential business opportunities.
• Consistently achieve assigned lead generation and sales targets.
• Perform other sales and business development activities as assigned.

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma (D3) or bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Sales, Communications, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, business development, lead generation, telemarketing, or a related role.
• Proven experience in generating and converting leads is preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Confident in approaching and communicating with new customers.
• Target-driven, proactive, and highly motivated.
• Strong follow-up and relationship-building skills.
• Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Comfortable working with CRM systems, spreadsheets, WhatsApp Business, social media, and other sales tools.
• Good command of Bahasa Indonesia and English, both written and spoken.
• Able to work independently while collaborating effectively with internal teams.
