Lead Salesforce Agentforce Engineer

We're seeking a Lead Salesforce Agentforce Engineer to join our mid-sized Salesforce team specializing in Agentforce, with the goal of converting an enterprise Intellectual Property Management System into an AI-driven innovation platform by leveraging Salesforce Agentforce, generative AI, and smart agents.

Kindly note that this role supports remote work, but only from within Ukraine.

Responsibilities

• Construct and launch Agentforce agents, actions, and topics to power the AI-driven innovation platform
• Create AI agents that can generate invention disclosures from documents and identify comparable innovations
• Build tools to produce summaries, draft stakeholder communications, and pull deadlines and tasks from emails
• Design systems capable of answering natural language queries about portfolio data and delivering strategic guidance
• Guide and coach a mid-sized development team via code reviews and technical direction
• Implement sound architecture principles and clean coding standards throughout the platform
• Uphold Git-based source control practices across the development process
• Work collaboratively within an Agile team setting to achieve the product roadmap

Requirements

• 5+ years of practical experience with Salesforce Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Components within an ISV setting
• Direct experience constructing and launching Agentforce agents, actions, and topics
• Experience guiding or coaching a mid-sized development team, including conducting code reviews and offering technical direction
• Strong command of architecture principles and clean coding standards
• Skilled in Git-based source control
• Experience working within Agile team settings
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher
