Lead Salesforce Developer

• Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior Salesforce Developer with 6-8 years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, and implementing Salesforce solutions. The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Salesforce integrations, and customization to deliver scalable and high-quality business solutions.

1. Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy Salesforce applications and custom solutions.

• Develop and maintain Apex Classes, Triggers, Visualforce Pages, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).

• Configure and customize Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.

• Integrate Salesforce with third-party systems using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware platforms.

• Participate in requirement gathering, technical design, and solution architecture discussions.

• Ensure application performance, security, scalability, and maintainability.

• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues efficiently.

• Collaborate with business stakeholders, project managers, and cross-functional teams.

• Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices and coding standards.

• Support release management, deployments, and CI/CD processes.

Required Skills

• Strong experience in Salesforce development using Apex, Triggers, SOQL, and SOSL.

• Hands-on experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Aura Components.

• Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud implementations.

• Strong knowledge of Salesforce integrations using REST APIs, SOAP APIs, and Platform Events.

• Experience with Salesforce Flows, Process Builder, and Workflow Rules.

• Familiarity with Salesforce DX, Git, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile methodologies.

• Strong understanding of Salesforce security models, profiles, permission sets, sharing rules, and role hierarchies.

• Experience in data migration and data management tools.

• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Salesforce Platform Developer I (PD1) Certification - Mandatory.

• Salesforce Platform Developer II (PD2) Certification - Mandatory/Strongly Preferred.

• Additional certifications such as Salesforce Administrator, App Builder, Sales Cloud Consultant, or Service Cloud Consultant will be an added advantage.

• Experience working on enterprise-scale Salesforce implementations.
