Overview

We are looking for a Senior Salesforce Technical Lead who is passionate about Salesforce technical architecture and delivery. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flows, integrations, and Salesforce DevOps, with a focus on scalable, secure, high-performance enterprise solutions.

Role Summary

Lead technical design, architecture, and delivery for complex Salesforce requirements. Bridge deep platform expertise with proactive consulting, stakeholder communication, and hands-on engineering leadership.

Responsibilities

• Guide developers on coding, design, testing, deployment, security, and Salesforce engineering best practices.

• Design scalable solutions with Apex, Lightning Web Components, Triggers, Flows, validation rules, and platform configuration.

• Review pull requests, identify performance risks, and enforce maintainable coding and architecture standards.

• Oversee REST and SOAP integrations, MuleSoft connectivity, and event-driven patterns across enterprise systems.

• Implement and improve CI/CD pipelines using Git, Salesforce DX, automated validation, and disciplined release practices.

• Translate business requirements into technical blueprints, estimates, acceptance criteria, and delivery plans.

• Explain architecture decisions, technical debt, security concerns, and delivery risks to non-technical stakeholders.

• Author technical design specifications, deployment instructions, decision records, and code review guidance.

• Partner with product managers, business analysts, QA professionals, developers, and clients throughout delivery.

• Evaluate Salesforce releases and AI capabilities, including Claude-enabled use cases, for responsible platform improvement.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of dedicated Salesforce experience, including senior technical leadership for complex enterprise delivery.

• Deep hands-on expertise with Apex, Lightning Web Components, Triggers, Flows, SOQL, objects, fields, and security.

• Proven architecture experience across scalable automation, data models, integrations, performance, and maintainability.

• Strong experience with REST/SOAP APIs, enterprise integration patterns, Git, Salesforce DX, and CI/CD.

• Excellent professional English for client conversations, workshops, documentation, and technical risk discussions.

• Strong consulting skills, executive-ready communication, requirements discovery, and cross-functional influence.

• Located in Mexico and able to collaborate effectively with distributed stakeholders.

• Preferred: Hands-on experience using Anthropic Claude in enterprise, development, or consulting workflows.

• Preferred: MuleSoft and event-driven architecture experience.

• Preferred: Relevant Salesforce certifications. No specific certification was provided in the intake
