Lead Saviynt Engineer

Lead Saviynt Engineer / Saviynt Architect | Location - Phoenix, AZ | Columbus, OH | New Jersey | Dallas, TX | Charlotte, NC Role Overview

We are looking for a highly experienced hands-on Saviynt Lead Engineer / Architect who can independently design, develop, configure, customize, and implement Saviynt solutions.

This is a hands-on engineering role . The ideal candidate should be someone who actively works on the platform and can perform complex configuration and customization independently, rather than someone who primarily provides architecture, leadership, or team oversight.

The candidate will work on end-to-end Saviynt implementations, customizations, integrations, and identity governance solutions .

Key Responsibilities

• Design, configure, develop, and customize Saviynt Enterprise Identity Cloud (EIC) solutions.
• Lead and participate in end-to-end Saviynt implementations .
• Develop and implement complex Saviynt customizations based on business requirements.
• Configure and customize RBAC/ARBAC and access governance capabilities.
• Design, develop, and maintain custom connectors and integrations .
• Work hands-on with application onboarding and integration into Saviynt.
• Configure workflows, approval processes, access requests, provisioning, certifications, and lifecycle management.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues within Saviynt.
• Translate business and technical requirements into scalable Saviynt solutions.
• Participate in client discussions, technical solutioning, and implementation activities.
• Perform hands-on development and configuration throughout the project lifecycle.
• Support testing, deployment, production implementation, and troubleshooting.

Required Technical Skills

• 7+ years of overall IT experience
• Strong and recent hands-on Saviynt experience
• Experience as a Lead Saviynt Engineer / Saviynt Architect
• Strong experience with:
• Saviynt EIC
• RBAC / ARBAC
• Custom connectors
• Application onboarding
• Workflows and approvals
• Provisioning and de-provisioning
• Access certifications
• Identity lifecycle management
• Saviynt customization
• Integrations with enterprise applications
• Strong understanding of IAM / IGA concepts
• Ability to independently troubleshoot and customize Saviynt solutions
• Strong experience with end-to-end implementation and customization

Critical Requirement

The candidate must be hands-on .

We are not looking for an architect who has primarily moved into design, governance, or team management and is no longer working directly on Saviynt.

The candidate should be able to sit with a client, open the Saviynt environment, understand the requirement, and perform the configuration/customization themselves .

• Saviynt certifications
• Experience working with large enterprise IAM/IGA environments
• Strong client-facing communication skills
• Experience working in Agile delivery environments
• Experience with multiple IAM technologies such as SailPoint, Okta, CyberArk, or Microsoft Entra ID
