  • Lead implementation of new scheduling software and train all project personnel on its use.
  • Perform critical path and near-critical path analysis to identify schedule risks, constraints, and recovery opportunities.
  • Establish and enforce scheduling standards, work breakdown structure (WBS) alignment, and coding conventions across the project portfolio.
  • Lead regular schedule status reviews with project managers, discipline leads, and subcontractors, and train schedulers supporting project delivery.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, project management, or a closely related discipline; equivalent experience may be considered.
  • Minimum of ten years of project scheduling experience on large capital projects.
  • Minimum of five years of experience leading or mentoring schedulers or project scheduling staff.

Required Skills

  • Experience developing and managing complex schedules in Primavera P6, Oracle Primavera Cloud, or equivalent scheduling software.
  • Strong understanding of critical path methodology and schedule integration across multiple contractors.

Preferred Skills

  • PMI Scheduling Professional (PMI-SP) or Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
  • Experience scheduling small modular reactor (SMR), commercial nuclear, power generation, or other heavily regulated capital construction projects.
  • Experience with portfolio scheduling and multi-project integration.

Pay Range and Benefits

$118,000 to $173,100 per year. Final compensation is based on skills, experience, and internal equity. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, and disability insurance, paid maternity and paternity leave, and commuter benefits.
