Job Summary

Duties

• Prepare screens, inks, and substrates for printing, ensuring all materials meet specifications
• Execute job orders from start to finish.
• Oversee the setup and calibration of printing equipment to optimize print quality and efficiency
• Monitor the entire printing process, troubleshooting issues promptly to minimize downtime
• Collaborate with art directors and designers to ensure accurate reproduction of artwork and color fidelity
• Maintain detailed records of production runs, ink formulations, and equipment maintenance
• Enforce safety protocols and ensure a clean, organized work environment at all times

Skills

• Extensive knowledge of screen printing techniques, including manual and automated processes
• Strong understanding of color theory, ink mixing, and substrate compatibility
• Proficiency with graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Adobe Creative Suite tools
• Experience with digital design tools like Figma and layout design principles for media applications
• Ability to interpret technical art files and prepare them for high-quality printing
• Familiarity with visual storytelling methods through print media and graphic design illustration
• Leadership skills to train and motivate team members while managing workflow effectively
