Lead scrum master

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Lead Scrum teams to deliver high-quality products on time, ensuring effective communication among team members, stakeholders, and clients.
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets for multiple projects simultaneously.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and develop solutions that meet customer needs.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards (PSM) and best practices (CSM).

Job Requirements :

• 8-19 years of experience in data engineering or related field.
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification required; PMP or equivalent preferred.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum) and ability to apply them effectively in real-world scenarios.
• Proficiency in JIRA or similar tools for tracking progress.
