What You Will Do

• Operate company pump trucks to service residential and commercial septic tanks throughout a one-hour radius of Evansville, IN
• Perform grease trap and FOG (fats, oils, and grease) pump-outs
• Assist with septic system service and repair work as needed
• Maintain accurate service records and communicate effectively with dispatch and office staff
• Represent the company professionally at every customer site
• Operate safely and in compliance with all applicable state and local regulations

Schedule

Primarily Monday through Friday with standard daytime hours. Weekend availability is required on a periodic basis. Flexibility is essential — schedules can vary based on service demand.

What We Are Looking For

• Valid Class B CDL — required
• Minimum 2 years of experience operating septic pump trucks — required
• Experience with grease/FOG service preferred
• Experience servicing or repairing septic systems is a plus but not required — we are happy to train the right candidate
• Must be authorized to work in the United States
• Motivated, efficient, and adaptable — someone who takes ownership of their work
• Strong customer service orientation and professional demeanor
• Ability to perform physically demanding work in varying weather and site conditions

Compensation and Benefits

• Annual salary: $55,000 – $80,000 depending on experience
