Job Overview
As a captain at Kandy's, you are the primary storyteller and conductor of the guest evening. You are responsible for leading a dedicated station, managing your support team and providing expert level knowledge on our culunary and beverage program.
Responsibilities
- Manage the pace and flow of the dining experience, serving as the main point of contact for guest.
- Provide detaul descriptions of our menu, cocktail list and curated wine list
- Execute tableside wine service and provide recommendations for our guest
- Director and mentor server assistants to ensure a seamless service
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in fine dining
- Strong wine knowledge
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate and guide team members effectively
Pay: $2.13 per hour
Work Location: In person
