Lead Server

What your shifts look like

• Taking care of guests with our Steps of Service and making real recommendations because you know the food
• Training new servers and helping the whole team level up
• Stepping in when a guest issue needs a steady hand
• Keeping an eye on service quality and giving your managers the real picture
• Handling the POS, settlement, and opening and closing duties like a pro
• Serving alcohol responsibly: checking IDs, watching consumption, and following the rules every time

This is a hands-on floor role. You lead by example, not by managing a team.

What you bring

• Must be at least 21 years of age
• 2+ years of serving experience (preferred)
• ServSafe or TIPS certification (preferred, and required in some states)
• A knack for coaching people
• Energy for a busy, loud, fun venue with big crowds, families, and the occasional laser show
• Ability to stay on your feet for long shifts, lift up to 50 lbs, and work weekends

Good to know
