Lead Server/Bartender

Job Summary
We are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Lead Server/Bartender to join our team in a vibrant dining environment. The ideal candidate should be flexible, reliable, & positive. The candidate should also have a passion for hospitality and a commitment to providing exceptional guest services. As a Lead Server/Bartender, you will be responsible for serving or bartending while ensuring that guests have a memorable experience in our establishment and running the Front of House during your shift. Your ability to manage time effectively and maintain a welcoming atmosphere will be key to your success in this role.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and standards.
• Provide excellent guest services by engaging with patrons, taking orders, and offering recommendations.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization, including bussing tables as needed.
• Operate the POS system efficiently for order processing and payment handling.
• Manage inventory levels of bar supplies and communicate needs to management.
• Uphold fine dining standards through attention to detail in presentation and service quality.
• Foster positive guest relations by addressing inquiries, concerns, or special requests promptly.

Experience

• Previous bartending experience in a fine dining or upscale environment is preferred but not required.
• Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during peak hours.
• Excellent guest service skills with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for patrons.
• Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and order processing.
• Knowledge of food preparation techniques is a plus, enhancing overall guest experience.
• A passion for hospitality and a desire to help create memorable dining experiences for guests.

Pay: $15.00 - $30.00 per hour
