Lead Server/Bartender

We’re looking for an experienced, reliable front of house professional with strong leadership skills and a passion for hospitality.

Responsibilities include:

• Coordinating staff schedules and shift coverage.
• Managing time and keeping service running smoothly.
• Ordering liquor, beer, and bar supplies.
• Monitoring inventory and keeping the bar stocked.
• Preparing cocktails and serving beer with confidence.
• Supporting and guiding the front of house team.
• Providing friendly, attentive guest service.

Our ideal candidate has:

• Previous restaurant and bar experience.
• Experience with scheduling, ordering, and inventory.
• Strong knowledge of cocktails and beer.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• A hands-on attitude and the ability to stay calm during busy shifts.
• Availability for nights and weekends.

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
