The Opportunity: We are looking for an independent, honest, knowledgeable, and high performing technician to serve our high profile client base. We maintain and support some of the nicest estates in the Napa Valley and Sonoma. Our install team has 20 years of clients and history, leaving a trail of exclusive opportunity and connections. How You Will Make an Impact:

• Perform daily on-site diagnostics and repairs for Gas fired systems and inverter heat pumps. Mainly Mitsubishi and LG.
• Deliver accurate repair options and replacement estimates directly to clients with an honest, consultative approach.
• Follow up on open estimates and coordinate with the dispatch team on special-order parts and scheduling for multi-visit projects.
• Maintain a highly organized and clean service vehicle.
• Utilize dispatch and other company resources to determine the best strategies and outcomes.
• Uphold high standards of safety and craftsmanship while delivering outstanding client experiences.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• 3-5 years of hands-on experience as a residential HVAC Service Technician, including trade references.
• Clean driving record.
• Valid EPA Refrigerant Certification.
• Outstanding positive attitude.
• Demonstrated experience diagnosing and servicing residential and light commercial HVAC equipment including furnaces, AC units, and inverter Heat pumps.
• Willingness to travel throughout Napa and Sonoma County to complete field service calls.
• Strong communication skills necessary to explain technical repairs and estimates to clients and represenatives.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience:

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• Trade experience in a similar market.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Annual earning potential of $100,000–$150,000+ through competitive hourly base pay of $42–$55+ plus commission, with overtime opportunities available.

Pay: $40.00 - $55.00 per hour
