Roles & Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of Workday / ServiceNow integrations.
• Develop and maintain integrations using Workday Studio, RaaS, and WQL.
• Design and implement HRSD (HR Service Delivery) integrations with Workday and other enterprise applications.
• Analyze integration requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
• Troubleshoot integration failures, data issues, and production incidents.
• Perform integration testing, debugging, monitoring, and performance optimization.
• Work with business, HR, and technical teams to understand requirements and deliver integration solutions.
• Provide technical guidance to integration developers and support code/design reviews.
• Prepare technical documentation and integration specifications.

Required Skills

• 7-10 years of experience in Workday / ServiceNow integration development.
• Strong hands-on experience with Workday Studio.
• Strong experience with Workday RaaS (Report-as-a-Service) and WQL (Workday Query Language).
• Mandatory hands-on experience with HRSD integrations.
• Experience integrating Workday/ServiceNow with HR and enterprise applications.
• Strong understanding of REST/SOAP APIs, web services, XML/JSON, and integration concepts.
• Experience in integration troubleshooting, testing, monitoring, and production support.
• Good communication and stakeholder-management skills.
• Ability to provide technical leadership and guide junior/mid-level developers
