We are seeking a Lead Setting Call Center Agent who will be responsible for managing inbound calls and proactively contacting sales leads to identify opportunities and schedule qualified appointments with homeowners. This position plays a key role in creating quality sales opportunities for our in-home sales professionals by effectively communicating with prospects, following established call processes, overcoming objections, and securing appointments.

The ideal candidate is a strong communicator who is persuasive, adaptable, organized, comfortable multitasking, and proficient with computer systems. A proactive, results-driven attitude and the ability to build rapport quickly with potential customers are essential for success in this role.

Requirements:

Key Responsibilities

• Handling inbound calls and making outbound calls to online leads, lead providers, and inbound lead forms.
• Using the provided call script as a guide to create natural conversations, build rapport, overcome objections, and effectively set appointments.
• Following the established SOPs and call cadence for each lead source.
• Scheduling and confirming appointments for the sales team while ensuring all relevant information is accurately communicated.
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of calls, appointments, follow-ups, and customer interactions within our internal systems.
• Consistently meeting or exceeding daily, weekly, and monthly appointment-setting and conversion goals.

Qualifications

• Call center, sales, or appointment-setting experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
• Comfortable multitasking between conversations, computer systems, and data entry.
• Driven, motivated, and goal-oriented with a strong desire to succeed.
