Lead Setting Manager (D2D) $40/hr base

Vive Roofing (Renued Roof LLC dba Vive Roofing) is a residential roofing company operating across the Mountain West. We treat roofs to protect them and extend their life backed by our own 10-year product warranty. Our sales team knocks doors, runs live pitches, and gets paid weekly on collected revenue — no leads handed over, no call-center hand-off, no salaried holding pattern. We're hiring Lead Setter Managers to lead teams of setters from the FIELD — not from an office. This is a player-coach role: you knock, you set your own leads, and you coach the other members on your team on your way to your own production.

What You'll Actually Make

• $40 an hour base pay or commission
• 15% of revenue generated
• 2% off your teams revenue generated

What our reps are making:

• Our LSM's are studs, they themselves are setting about 25-30 leads a week. They are averaging 5-6 installs a week. They average about $2500 to $3000 a week in personal commissions.
• Our first goal with our LSM's is to help them get 8 guys on their team. Recruiting is handled by the company for our LSM's. A team of 8 adds about $93,000 a year to the LSM's paycheck.
• We need lead from the front LSM's. Our LSM's are the focal point of our business. We need our LSM's making $3000 to $5000 a week for our business to continue growing at the rate it is. We handle the recruiting but our LSM's do their own final interviews. We have found that if our LSM's are not studs leading from the front it is difficult for them to recruit and build their team.

Requirements

• A track record of hitting weekly numbers: Anywhere you had to earn it. D2D sales, restaurant service, retail commission, gym membership sales, personal training, coaching, athletics. Roofing / solar / pest / alarm experience is a plus, not a requirement. Someone who leads by example, not by title
• Physical stamina for 35+ field hours per week in all weather Reliable transportation, valid driver's license Smartphone (we run a native CRM in the field) No degree required No prior roofing experience required — we teach the product

The Weekly Standard

The LSM commission structure above is gated on two numbers, checked weekly:

• 35+ hours knocking
• 25+ leads set per week (All our LSM's hit this standard)
