Lead Site Reliability Engineer (Hybrid CDMX, 3 onsite 2 on remote)

We are seeking a highly and skilled Technical Leader focused on SRE for a global financial company to work in serveless, and cloud based solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure reliable batch settlement processing and data accuracy.
• Improve monitoring, alerts, and system visibility.
• Automate manual operational and compliance tasks.
• Collaborate with UK settlement teams and build domain expertise.
• Manage incidents, troubleshoot issues, and prevent recurrence.
• Support audit and regulatory compliance readiness.

Basic Qualifications:

• English Proficiency: Advanced (B2+ / C1).
• Education: Completed Bachelor's Degree.
• Experience: At least 6 years of experience in SRE, production operations, or reliability engineering
• 5+ years of experience in at least one of the following: Java, Python, Go
• Experience with Shell or Bash scripting.
• Unix or Linux system administration experience.
• Cloud: 4+ years of experience with AWS or GCP.

Sueldo: $140,000.00 - $150,000.00 al mes
