Delivery Leadership & Cultural Bridge-------------------

Program Manager or Project Manager to oversee active engagements and drive structured execution.

Advise project teams on Japanese corporate etiquette, communication styles, and stakeholder management nuances to prevent friction and build client trust.

Talent Training Program Localisation & Delivery---------------------

Understand and help to fine-tune the offshore talent training program (sourced from Indian teams) to fit the specific needs of the Japanese customer.

Facilitate client discussions to assess the customer organization's capability and co-design customized training program plans tailored to their requirements.

Lead and deliver localized training sessions to clients, delegating deep technical components to subject matter experts.

Business Development & Pre-Sales Support---------------

Support pre-sales efforts by identifying and reaching out to potential clients to generate new business opportunities, as directed by the sales team.

Draft, translate, and review bilingual sales presentations (English/Japanese) to ensure linguistic accuracy and cultural nuances are addressed.

Support the sales team in developing materials alongside global and local teams.

Attend online and offline client meetings to capture detailed context, clarify project requirements, and ensure alignment with customer expectations.

Synthesize meeting outcomes into structured summaries and manage actionable follow-up tasks for the sales team.

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition------------------

Evaluate candidates for Program Manager, Trainer, and Project Leader roles, focusing on professional capabilities and Japanese business-level fluency.

Participate in interview panels to assess candidates' cultural fit and alignment with local business standards.

Japan Office Expansion & Local Compliance---------------------

Support in physical office setup by liaising with commercial real estate vendors, administrative partners, and local government agencies.

Navigate regulatory, legal, and operational registration procedures required for establishing the new entity.

Partner with the Japan HR support team to ensure local labor laws, administrative practices, and cultural expectations are met.
