Roles & Responsibilities

• Proficiency in at least one of the following: Python, Java, JavaScript, or Node.js, with the ability to develop and evaluate software solutions.
• Review code for quality, performance, reliability, and maintainability.
• Assess software architecture and recommend improvements.
• Create clear technical documentation and programming examples.
• Identify coding errors and suggest effective solutions.
• Explain technical concepts and provide structured feedback for AI training projects.

Preferred Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional software development experience in one or more relevant technologies.
• Strong understanding of software design, coding standards, and architecture.
• Experience reviewing complex codebases and preparing technical documentation.
• Excellent analytical thinking and written communication skills.
• Experience working remotely with distributed teams is an advantage.
• Familiarity with AI or machine learning is beneficial but not mandatory.
