Role & responsibilities:
*Lead endtoend delivery of features and services across backend, frontend and cloud .
*Design, build, and maintain scalable fullstack applications using Spring Boot (Java), AWS, and PostgreSQL .
*Collaborate closely with Product, Design, partner teams and other stakeholders
*Build functional prototypes and iterate rapidly based on continuous feedback.
*Participate in discovery, solutioning, and planning sessions, influencing technology decisions and evolution.
*Own delivery execution by removing blockers, managing dependencies, and ensuring predictable and reliable releases.
*Champion engineering best practices, including:
-Code quality and review standards
-Observability, monitoring, and performance tuning
-Scalability, security, availability, and reliability
*Take responsibility for production systems, including incident response, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement .
