Lead Software Engineer -Multi Stack

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 5-10+ years of software development experience.
• Strong expertise in one or more backend technologies such as .NET / ASP.NET Core / C#, Java / Spring Boot, Python, or Node.js.
• Experience with modern frontend frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.
• Strong knowledge of REST APIs, Microservices, and distributed application architecture.
• Hands-on experience with relational and NoSQL databases such as SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, and Redis.
• Solid understanding of software architecture, design patterns, SOLID principles, and object oriented programming.
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, Git, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience working with GCP, Azure, or AWS cloud platforms.
• Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and performance optimization skills.
• Excellent communication, leadership, mentoring, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills :

• Experience designing and supporting enterprise-scale distributed systems.
• Knowledge of messaging and event-streaming platforms such as Kafka or RabbitMQ.
• Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform or similar tools).
• Experience with application monitoring, logging, and observability tools.
• Exposure to DevSecOps and secure software development practices.
