Lead Software Engineer OS & BSP

• Design, develop, and maintain low-level system software, BSPs, and bootloaders for advanced high-performance computing (HPC) SoC platforms.
• Develop, optimize, and maintain complex device drivers and I/O Virtualization solutions within QNX and Real-Time Posix environments.
• Configure, deploy, and tune Hypervisor architectures to ensure secure, deterministic, and isolated resource allocation across multiple virtual machines.
• Conduct deep-dive, code-level reviews and technical evaluations of the partner's source code to map out dependencies and ensure structural integrity.
• Act as a technical bridge between China-based Tier-1 suppliers and the engineering team in India to ensure alignment and effective communication.
• Support platforms bring-up, real-world vehicle integration testing, data analysis, and debugging of low-level system behaviours in China.
• Support issue analysis, root cause identification, and resolution of critical OS-level bottlenecks or hardware-interface bugs during validation phases. 【任职要求】
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electronics, Electrical, Embedded Systems, or a related technical field.
• Minimum 8 to 10 years of experience in embedded software engineering, with a strong focus on system software architecture, BSP, and low-level driver development.
• Hands-on experience with high-performance automotive SoCs (Qualcomm/Nvidia).
• Strong programming skills in C and Modern C++ (C++11/14/17).
• Expert-level understanding of QNX and RT-Linux (POSIX systems), including kernel internals, multi-threading, IPC, and memory/resource management.
• Deep understanding of Hypervisor technologies, hardware virtualization, and ARM architecture (ARMv8/Cortex-X).
• Hands-on experience in integrating low-level BSP/OS components with automotive middleware layers, specifically Adaptive AUTOSAR.
• Experience with debugging and analysis tools such as Lauterbach JTAG, Trace32, QNX System Profiler, and CANoe.
• Knowledge of automotive communication protocols (CAN, Ethernet, SOME/IP, DDS, TCP/IP).
• Good proficiency in both English and Chinese (spoken and written) to enable effective communication between India and China teams.
