Lead Software Engineer – WMS

Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled Lead Software Engineer to support the design, development, integration, and ongoing support of software solutions within a dynamic warehouse management and supply chain environment.

The ideal candidate will have strong SQL and PL/SQL development experience , along with experience working with warehouse management systems (WMS) and enterprise applications. This role will partner with business and technical teams to develop scalable solutions, support integrations, troubleshoot production issues, and drive continuous system improvements.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, enhance, and support software solutions within a warehouse management environment
• Develop and maintain applications, integrations, and database solutions using SQL and PL/SQL
• Partner with business and operations teams to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions
• Support integrations between WMS, ERP, TMS, and other enterprise applications
• Troubleshoot production issues and coordinate cross-functional resolution
• Participate in system implementations, upgrades, enhancements, and testing, including SIT and UAT
• Analyze existing processes and applications and identify opportunities for continuous improvement
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, test plans, and system specifications
• Collaborate with developers, analysts, project teams, vendors, and business stakeholders
• Provide technical guidance and knowledge transfer to team members
• Support enterprise production environments and participate in rotational 24x7 support as needed

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field
• 4+ years of SQL and PL/SQL experience; 6+ years preferred
• Experience working with a warehouse management system (WMS)
• Strong understanding of software development and database concepts
• Experience supporting enterprise applications and production environments
• Ability to translate business requirements into functional and technical solutions
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment

Compensation: Up to $125,000 annually

Compensation is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications .
