Lead Solutions Architect

For our client, we are seeking a Lead Solutions Architect to join the team of a leader in the Healthcare space.

This role will shape the technical direction for digital applications and architecture across a healthcare environment focused on improving consumer experiences.

The position will partner closely with product owners, business leaders, and delivery teams to translate functional needs into scalable solutions.

A key focus will be guiding cloud infrastructure design, evaluating build-versus-buy decisions, and reducing delivery and technical risk.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $142,300 – $195,700 annually

Responsibilities

• Set technical direction for digital applications and architecture
• Collaborate with product owners to gather functional requirements
• Lead the design and engineering of cloud computing infrastructure
• Guide build vs buy decisions with business and delivery leaders
• Effectively communicate technical risks and solutions to stakeholders
• Identify and mitigate delivery risks
• Exercise independent judgment on complex tasks

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related field
• 7+ years of experience in IT related to architecture, engineering, or information security
• Passion for improving consumer experiences
• Ability to work with minimal supervision
• Strong analytical and decision-making skills
