Lead Solutions Engineer - Central / East

For our client, we are seeking a Lead Solutions Engineer - Central / East to join the team of a leader in the Consumer Technology space.

In this remote role, you will partner closely with sales teams and prospective customers to guide complex evaluations and shape the technical buying journey. You will own discovery, solution design, and high-impact demonstrations that help customers understand the value of a modern web development platform. This position also plays an important role in gathering customer feedback, influencing product direction, and advancing strategic initiatives across the organization.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $182,000 – $245,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Partner with Account Executives to support customer opportunities
• Guide customers through the evaluation process of the company’s platform
• Conduct deep discovery and solution design
• Present compelling demonstrations highlighting the platform’s benefits
• Lead workshops and trials to showcase capabilities
• Influence product direction with customer feedback
• Manage strategic initiatives advancing the organization’s mission

Qualifications

• 6+ years as a Solutions Engineer in web development
• Advanced knowledge of APIs and programming languages, including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Consultative approach to customer problem-solving
• Strong storytelling in product demonstrations
• Excellent communication skills
