  • Maintain a safe, clean, and therapeutic environment, managing resources and equipment effectively
  • Support the development and implementation of specialised programmes and therapeutic interventions

What we're looking for

  • Recognised qualification in health and social care, special needs support, or a related discipline (Level 3 or equivalent minimum)

  • Proven experience in a supervisory or lead support role, with the ability to guide and mentor junior staff
  • Strong knowledge of safeguarding, child protection, and adult safeguarding principles and practices

  • Advanced first aid and health and safety awareness, with CPR certification desirable
  • Ability to remain calm, patient, and compassionate in demanding situations
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with service users, families, and colleagues
  • Excellent record-keeping and documentation skills, with proficiency in computer systems
  • Flexibility, adaptability, and a proactive approach to problem-solving
  • Commitment to continuing professional development and evidence-based practice
