Role: Stepdown Overflow Clinical Nurse Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Lead coordination of care for stepdown overflow patients in a fast-paced acute setting.
• Oversee patient flow, clinical prioritization, and daily operations.
• Partner with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to deliver safe, evidence-based care.
• Support bedside nurses and mentor staff to promote professional development.

Qualifications & Skills

• Registered Nurse (RN) licensure.
