Role: Stepdown Overflow Clinical Nurse Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Oversee patient flow, clinical quality, and care coordination for the stepdown overflow unit
• Provide direct patient care and supervise nursing staff
• Coordinate admissions, transfers, and discharges to ensure safe and efficient throughput
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to support patient-centered care
• Mentor nurses and promote evidence-based practices
• Utilize advanced technology to enhance patient care and operational efficiency
