We’re looking for a friendly and motivated Lead Store Associate to join our team and help create a positive shopping experience for our customers and their furry friends.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly, helpful manner
• Receive deliveries into inventory system
• Offer knowledgeable recommendations on pet care, food, supplies, and products
• Operate the cash register, handle transactions, and maintain accurate sales records
• Stock shelves, rotate inventory, and maintain product displays
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe store environment
• Stay informed about current promotions and new products
• Follow store policies and procedures for returns, sales, and loss prevention
• Collaborate with team members to ensure excellent customer service

Qualifications:

• Previous pet retail experience preferred but not required
• Passion for animals and basic knowledge of pet care
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and stand for extended periods
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
• Willingness to learn about a wide range of pet products and species
