Lead Store-Person

Nexus Construction Systems is seeking an experienced Lead Store Person to join our Perth team in Gnangara. This full-time, hands-on role supports the safe and efficient flow of products and hire equipment through our warehouse.

You will oversee day-to-day warehouse activities and work closely with our sales and operations teams to keep orders moving accurately and on time. The role suits an organised and adaptable person who takes initiative and enjoys working in a small team.

Key responsibilities

You will help keep the warehouse safe, organised and accurate. Your responsibilities will include:

• Pick, check and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Identify, package and secure goods correctly for dispatch and transport.
• Receive incoming goods promptly and accurately.
• Store stock in allocated bays and designated areas in line with warehouse management system requirements.
• Maintain appropriate stock rotation and complete cycle counts in line with head office policies and procedures.
• Service and maintain hire equipment as required.
• Provide administrative support when required.
• Complete occupational health and safety duties as required.
• Keep the warehouse safe, clean, tidy and organised.
• Ensure warehouse equipment, machinery and vehicles are serviced regularly

Skills and licences required

• Current forklift licence.
• Current driver's licence.
• Previous warehouse experience.
• Clear communication and good interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Good organisation and time management.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to follow company policies, procedures and safety requirements.
