Lead Structural Engineer | St Lucia 🇱🇨

LOBA Group are supporting a major airport development in St Lucia and are looking to appoint an experienced Lead Structural Engineer.

The role will involve providing structural engineering leadership across a major, complex infrastructure project, working closely with the wider design and construction teams.

We’re looking for:

• Strong structural engineering background
• Experience working on major infrastructure, airport or complex construction projects
• Proven experience leading structural design and engineering teams
• Strong technical and project management capabilities
• Excellent stakeholder and contractor management skills
• Chartered Engineer or equivalent preferred
