What they need
We're looking to add a full-time Lead Studio Coordinator/Cleaner to our new Hot Fitness studio coming to Carmel! Join our team and help us keep our space fresh, clean, and ready for every workout!
Location: In-Person 4311 Transit Rd, Buffalo, NY 14221
Hours: full-time, evenings and weekends preferred
Cleaning Duties:
- Create an ALIVE studio dynamic and environment!
- Clean mirrors and floors after every class
- Clean lobby, props, windows and bathrooms.
- Laundry
Front Desk:
- Answer phones
- Answer all membership based questions
- Promote business/special pricing memberships
- Promote mother/daughter membership
- Convert promos to unlimited memberships
- Promote certifications, workshops, and events!
- Milestone and birthday celebration photos
Other:
- TikTok Videos, Instagram reels, staff photos, videos of live classes.
- 3 Instagram posts per week
- Respond to real-time feedback reviews
- Respond to Google reviews
