Lead Stylist | Burnside

Seafolly Australia are hiring for a passionate Lead Stylist to join our team in Burnside store!

This is a part-time role, approximately 26 hours per week.

You will:

• Deliver exceptional customer service and go the extra mile to make every customer feel empowered and confident with their purchases.
• Drive sales success by exceeding targets during every shift.
• Bring energy and enthusiasm to everything you do—your positive attitude sets the tone.
• Show your personality while styling customers, creating looks that make them feel amazing.
• Maintain store standards and stock presentation to ensure a beautiful, inviting space at all times.

You have:

• Have previous experience in fashion retail or proven customer service experience
• Ongoing availability of 3-4 (or more) days a week
• Have a proactive & enthusiastic approach to learning new skills
• Show natural conversation and people skills
• Have a love of collaborative teamwork and a positive attitude
