- Oversee quality control by ensuring work is performed in accordance with plans, specifications, and approved submittals.
- Review construction documents, shop drawings, and RFIs to ensure accurate field execution.
- Proactively identify and resolve field issues related to constructability, scheduling conflicts, and manpower.
- Coordinate inspections with local authorities, third-party inspectors, and design professionals.
- Maintain accurate daily reports, manpower logs, and progress documentation.
- Work closely with the Project Manager on schedule updates, manpower planning, and subcontractor performance.
- Participate in subcontractor coordination meetings and owner/architect meetings as required.
- Assist with punch list completion, final inspections, and project closeout activities.
- Mentor, train, and evaluate field staff including assistant superintendents and foremen.
- Enforce company standards for housekeeping, professionalism, and jobsite organization.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by project and executive management.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 8+ years of experience as a Superintendent on ground-up vertical construction projects.
