lead supervisor

Responsibilities

• A hands-on role that involves the assembly of fluid conveyance products such as hydraulic hoses, industrial hoses, tubings, and composite hoses etc.
• Manage operations of the workshop with an emphasis on planning, organizing, and coordination of sales and workshop teams.
• Be familiar with the hose assembly procedures and technical know-hows so as to provide guidance & training to in-house and external technicians
• Handle project orders and ensure that they are completed in a timely manner
• Ensure all final products and services meet the necessary quality standards

Requirements

• Must have experience in assembling hydraulic or industrial hoses
• Must have hands-on experience in welding of steel and stainless steel items
• Have at least basic proficiency in using lathe or/and CNC machineries
• Experienced in hydraulic components such as hydraulic tubing, pumps, and instrumentation is a plus
• Preferably 6-8 years of working experience in a mechanical engineering related sector
• Must have good English verbal and written communication skills
• Preferably Singaporean or Permanent Resident due to quota
