Lead System & Storage Engineer_2026

Lead complex L3 escalations for managed services clients across Singapore and Thailand. The role focuses on troubleshooting enterprise servers, storage, SAN, virtualization, backup/DR, Microsoft infrastructure, M365 and cloud, while providing technical guidance to L2 engineers.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and resolve complex P1/P2 incidents within SLA, including technical escalation and service restoration.
• Troubleshoot across servers, storage, SAN, VMware/Hyper-V, Windows/RHEL, Microsoft infrastructure, backup/DR and cloud.
• Manage vendor escalations with Dell, HPE, Lenovo, Hitachi, VMware/Broadcom, Microsoft, Veeam, etc.
• Lead RCA and problem management, identify recurring issues and implement permanent fixes.
• Review high-risk changes such as firmware upgrades, storage migration and DR testing.
• Improve monitoring, SOPs, runbooks and troubleshooting documentation.
• Mentor and coach L2 engineers and lead technical knowledge-sharing sessions.
• Engage with clients on incidents, RCA, infrastructure risks and improvement recommendations.
• Participate in 24x7 on-call rotation and travel to Thailand when required.

Requirements

• Degree in IT / Computer Science / Engineering.

• 5+ years in systems/storage infrastructure, including 2+ years at L3 / senior escalation level.

• Experience handling P1 incidents and writing RCA reports.

• Professional certification in VMware, Veeam, Microsoft, Red Hat or storage technologies preferred.

• Willing to work on-call and learn new technologies.
